Woke up lighter on the scale than have been in nearly or over a year. Just got off of scale, and like gained 4 lbs today and will probably lose 2lbs over night.
Wish for once could lose weight during the day when awake and actually burning calories.
Well, i guess I did eat some junk food today...at 7-Eleven, their deli chicken and two small slices of pizza, and flavored water = sugar, and some milk later and half a store bought cranberry tuna sandwich and a few bites of some raisin cookies, some fruit, water... I guess it adds up.

Another bike ride
When I get done eating these pork and beans and baked chicken, I think I'll get dressed and take another bike ride, and exercise a bit a long the way....why not.
When feel mushy like I do now, exercising can awaking your mind and body by getting the blood flowing to and through both.

Some basic karate moves for newbies
I remember taking karate lessons briefly in high school, only lasted about 4 lessons. Took them on the gym at the W.S.U. campus. I lived in Albion, so it was harder for me to attend the classes and easier for me to quit. But I do remember these basic maneuvers this guy goes over in the video. Heck, I had to sit down and take a breather.

Just got back from a in the dark, ride my bike up and down the sidewalk workout...felt pretty good, all things considered... Since not drinking tonight, or in last few days, and hopefully longer, I gotta keep myself busy... But just sitting in place all day on computer doesn't cut it. I have to go out and burn some calories or I get depressed, sitting around all day just makes me depressed, and doesn't fill the void alcohol would.
The thing about drinking is I'm very active while actually drinking, it's once I go to bed that the down side begins, the terrible feeling the next day that just lingers and lingers, and effects your mood, your moral, your outlook on life...and even your health.
But while in the moment of drinking, I'm pretty active, most are, but it's fueled by booze, like fake energy I suppose...and at the same time flushing out all your nutrients is probably why you feel so terrible the next day.
Nutrients, I suspect, also support our moods, I mean sure they do, everything about us is bio-chemical, so why wouldn't they.
Anyways, more constructive things to do than write on here where so few even read other than bots, or ad bots, or google bots or Russians. What is it with Russians and forum sites like this? Although lately, no one comes around here no more cause it's a place no one is used to...they, you, check it out, get freaked out, and run back to FB or X or instagram or other mainstream places. That's fine...I've come to like the quiet feel of this place.

A older female classmate of mine has cancer, and the doctors have given them so many months to live.
Some doctors disgust me.

Just got back from late evening, early night bike ride
Just got back from late evening, early night bike ride...I needed it. My mind was stifled, and working out is a good way to clear the mind, vs drinking.
Speaking of drinking beer..I've been drinking more beer as of late than I'd like to. I was making great progress a few weeks ago, but all it takes is a few bored evenings of giving in to drinking and you can go down quick, your health that is, and motivation to workout.
That aside, I'm still on the up side of health.

I feel like riding my bike.
I mean this idea that you just have to sit around in your home/house/apartment after dark and do nothing but eat and get fat, says who?
I guess it's one thing if have a job, and come home tired and wore out...but that's not the case with me right now. I actually dread having to get another job...I hate the work environment now, I hate trying to prove my worth to people who are usually younger than me, managers, etc.
I wish, at times, I was smart enough to be rich as a tech scammer, but I'm just not, so I still have to earn my money the old fashion way through labor.

Just got back from a brisk nigh time bike ride...it was fun, and is what I needed. I can't just sit around for hours and hours behind computer desk.
Oddly enough though, since being unemployed, I'm in the best physical shape than I've been in for years, maybe a decade. That's the negative affect a job you don't like can have on you...cause you hate it so much, the routine of getting up, commuting, the stress of being called when it's your off day, that stress can cause you to want to drink and not workout when you are off cause your mind is so wore out.
And being out there burning calories can cause you to eat junk food all day from convenient stores. Being unemployed has given me the time and mindset to get back in shape, and is why getting a job, one I don't like, but that pays the bills, so annoys and even angers me.
Is why may, with the last of my saved up money, get a used RV and just work part-time jobs until save enough to get some land. Maybe one day I'll sell enough books to be rich...can't do it online though do to digital censorship. F google, and F their algorithms, which favor a few, yet dismisses the majority. I wish there could be a separate hell just for google, and adobe, and all the other greedy tech scoundrels who have stolen so many peoples dreams, ordinary peoples dreams.

I actually got in 3 separate workouts today, wow...I think that's going to become the norm. The only thing that will F that up is some lame brain stupid job.

I literally feel like a biological hot rod right now...simply cause I've been working out consistently lately and not drinking as much...and I'm still not in athletic shape.
I mean my gosh, what a biological monster I would have been had I played sports when younger....and never drank. Although I actully never started drinking until early 30's, believe it or not, is probably why I'm still so healthy cause I started drinking way later in life after body was already developed, is my guess. And I never did drugs, that helps to. Nor do I do prescription drugs, heck no.
But anyways...I got all this revved up natural energy now, so what do I do with it? Time is moving by way to fast.
Already worked out today, and just came from the DMV, where I for the first time ever, bought a personalized plate, not the lettering, just the plate.
I think I need to go to the post office next and get a P.O. Box, again, in case I end up moving. Cause you can only get a P.O. Box if you have a physical house address, for some odd reason.
But if I move, and already have the PO box, it won't matter, I could be homeless and still have access to the box.
And I'd rather be homeless and alive, than go back to what I was doing before, which was driving, and being hidden inside the cab of a truck for dreadfully long hours at a time.
I've never felt so alive since quiting my last job. I'd get off work feeling oh so miserable, no one would talk to you, talk about a grim work environment. Would literally rather be homeless and alive, and clean, than go back to that.
Anyways, not homeless, so still rent to pay here soon and other bills.

Lately is seems I just can't drop weight no matter what, unless just stop eating for days in a row.
I workout, but dern, just doesn't seem to drop my weight any.
I haven't drank in nearly 5-6 days, that's usually does it, but not this time...weight just seems to hang onto my body like a magnet as of late.
