If you lose 8 lbs than you're losing the weight off your body approximately the size of a 1 gallon jug filled with water 1 gallons of water weights around 8.3 lbs. so being 16lbs over weight means you're carrying two juggs of water around on your body.

Another way you stay healthy over the age of 50, if a male, is to not stress out the heart, your heart.
And stress will do that, and everyone has to know their own limit. Everyone has their own threshold when it comes to to much stress or 'bad stress'.
--------------------------------------
I'm at the point now where I'll try, but I won't try to hard, if that makes sense.
I'm at the point now where if it hasn't happened by now, I doubt it ever will, but I still plan and dream and try, but not to hard.
I'm at the point now where I realize my own efforts, desires, aren't enough, cause if 'fate' isn't on my or your side, it won't happen.
And I'm at the point where I realize, through observation all my life, that if indeed fate is on your side, than you really don't have to try hard at all cause it'll just happen.

I wonder why the face always looks more 'dead' than rest of body?
What is it about our faces that seem to age quicker than rest of body?
I can look in mirror at body, body looks, like it could be 30, then I raise neck/head up and look at face, and my face seems aged well ahead of my body...why is that?
I notice that with others as well, seems that our faces just age quicker than rest of body.
I wonder if there's like a way to work out facial muscles, maybe that's the issue, maybe if could figure out a way to work out the facial muslces, our faces would look more firm instead of saggy.

I think chewing gum probably helps also by keeping the jaw bones stern and pronounced

The main thing is fitness, nothing else really matters, cause if not fit, you won't care about anything else or be able to focus on anything else.

Will probably go workout first thing today, cause in a slumber.
Meaning have the day off, but need to get the blood flowing in order to have energy throughout the day, or enthusiastic energy.
So a few laps around the ball field, maybe shoot some hoops, should do the trick.

I know this, fitness has to come before every and anything, before bills, before your job, before personal relationships, before everything, cause if you're not fit, you're not nothing, literally.

Well I did go workout, and back home now, now it's time to create a to do list.
For some reason I don't want to do anything but sit, sometimes I think just sitting is the natural balanced state of life, or at least my life.

When I don't feel like working out is now when I make self work out.
Believe me you, I don't feel like working out right now, not in the least bit, is why I am going to go workout for just that reason.
Fit, to me, is always feeling like you want to workout, even when just get up.
Unfit, to me, is never feeling like you want to work out, and or always feeling sluggish to self, be it mentally sluggish or physically sluggish.
When fit, you'll always feel like like springtime.
So even though I've lost weight lately, I can tell I'm still not 'fit fit'.
But to be honest, I do think a lot of feeling fit has to do with moral, enthusiasm, and if not much excitement in life, nothing fun planned, I can see where myself and others just don't have that youthful eager energy or zeal.
Again, I think a lot of it is phycological.

I think left over meat, particulalry foul meat, as in chicken/turkey, left over in the fridge is how many of us invite bacteria into our bodies.
I know throwing stuff out feels wasteful, but I will if it doesn't smell right.
Cause the feeling of being sick that follows, if you eat food laced with bad bacteria, is not worth whatever you felt would of saved by not throwing it away.

Seriously thinking about taking a Natural health practitioner class.
It's not cheap though, costs around $2,600.oo, and is a year long course.
My only concern is can I hold my interest in something for a whole year?
I mean I don't want to plop down the tuition money, and then lose interest in a few months.
I think I'll give myself a few more days to decide.
