One of the more physically depressing things about aging is 'face sag'...like when your face begins to sag.. But I think the thinner you are, the less there is to sag.

I'm at the point now, where I don't think any women would want to see my face in the morning... We'd have to like sleep in seperate rooms, that way both of us could look 'good' or decent, before we entered common area...d'oh!

It's very easy to fall into the trap of wanting to slowly destroy yourself, if and when you feel no one else cares There's lot's of ways we can destroy ourselves slowly, drinking and drugs being among those ways. Even prescription drugs, can be a slow way of destroying ourselves. Also, overeating, not working out, eating junk food, smoking, and just over all reckless behavior, at home, and or even at work. You usually have to have enough ' self love' to just one day look in the mirror, and say to self 'enough'. I mean if you wouldn't bully or torture a animal or another human, than why mistreat yourself?...is what I say to self. Here's the deal, those who don't like you, aren't going to like you more if you get sick...so F them....getting sick will not impress anyone at all. To me, the best revenge is to stay physically healthy!, as much as you can anyways, and many of us age far ahead of our time do to not taking care of ourselves. ------------------------------------- I want my health back, not just my health but my looks also. I just fell into like a slump, when returned from a trip, and life seemed grim. And you know, when in bad shape, as in just eating and drinking all the time, it even effects your looks, your face, ect....and all that effects your over all moral, for who wants to look ugly to self? So ye, like Rocky Balboa, I'm going to make a come back, not for others, but for myself. It's never to late to leave the crowd behind...

I've never seen a non drug addicted, poor (as in starving) skinny person in America
In the American ghetto, all the supposedly poor women are FAT.
The only time you see an actual nutrionally starved person in America, is if their addicted to drugs.

So many young, or otherwise healthy people, just dropping dead now, wow
It's weird when people younger than me, you or I, just start dropping dead for no apparent reason. But every time I go on this news feed, seems yet another young athlete or actor drops dead, and no telling how many others are that we never hear about cause they're not famous.

Going to go force myself to workout now. I've been off the job for a few weeks now, and wow, nothing but basically laying around in the bed and drinking beer. As much as I dreaded that job, being on the job did keep me in shape, cause I'd workout during 'down times'...
But I tell you what, at my age, I can easily lose months of progress in a few short weeks of drinking beer and slobbing around in bed....so, time to go workout in the park, and try to reverse this trend.

Been pretty much working out daily, as of late, as in riding bike and walking at the same time. I'll take bike...ride for a bit, then walk, then stretch, the ride, then walk and so forth.
I feel wonderful, especially for my age...but knees, the right one, has been soar in the joint for about 3 weeks, not sure why. Every things reversable though, just gotta reverse engineer what you were doing prior to whatever ails you. That usually works.

Just came back from a semi-long bike ride, and still feel like I've got to much fat on me.
Seems I only lose weight overnight, when I sleep, but when awake, no matter what I do, scale rarely has me losing weight during the day.

Better workout, or else, especially when older
Gyms are everywhere, as in their outside, on curbs, on the streets. Just get creative. Even the guard rails in this video can be used as leverage to stretch, do standing push ups and more.

I didn't really lose any weight last night as I slept. No matter how long you're alive, figuring out how your body works, what it responds to, will always be a mystery.
And it doesn't help that man keeps putting stuff in the food that effects our bodies, minds and moods.

Being horny, makes you want to get up and out and go places, but when you stop being horny and attracted to people, it effects your enthusiasm to want to go anywhere...then being around others just becomes an annoying bother.
