First off, this isn't no stupid twitter or FB which are now tainted in politics and corruption.
This is '50+', and please do share, share the link, cause on here we only tell, wrestle, in the truth about life.
With that being said, I read once where most, like 90% of people in America, only have like $4,000 or less in savings above the age of 50...say what??!
As one who saw the bills of Hospice, or this or that care, per month of one deceased parent, I'm here to say that monthly bill was like 6 gran!!
Once this slimy place saw that my parent was about out of money, then they called in hospice, and there begin the whole death ceremony crap.
So I'm just here to say that if you're over the age of 50 and only have 5 gran saved, good luck.
Cause that's barely one month of elderly care, if paying cash, you'd be better off living under a bridge and keeping cash for yourself than giving it all to elderly home for just one month of service and care...let's continue.

If 50+ and have no family to take care of you with less than 5 gran saved up, good luck If 50+, and alone, with no family to take care of you, no muffins, no grandchildren to admire you, good luck if in America, for you will be thrown to the Hyenas.  No glam here folks, just reality. More reality to follow.

And if a older 'W' male, fading away, since Trump lost election, expect no mercy from those up and coming, for they see you as 'meat', payback, for when you were younger and trounced on minorities, now this is their pay back period, now that you're frail and feeble, and your nurse is whatever...they see you as 'meat'. They see you as a weakened demon who hurt others when younger and in prime. When you were younger and 'W' and male, and in your prime, they simply see you as the one who hurt their parents or grandparents, little mercy will be shown to you, according to their 'mindsets'. But if wealthy, don't have to worry about it, but if older, 'W' male and poor, in your old age, you'll probably need a body guard...according to 'fate'. |

I say live and let live, but at times even I want revenge on the 'frail', who while in their prime hurt so many others, were so 'racist', used the 'this word or that word' to describe others.
And now that old, want mercy, as if a saint.
To me, if a saint, would of been so when in the prime of your life, not when old, feeble and week.

Who wants to live to be like over 65 if old, have broken body and broke??
It's one thing to live into older years if rich, wealthy, have an estate and all, maids and butlers to look after you, but it's another thing to live into old age if near broke....then what?
Can't work, sick, no income, then what?

Couldn't find forum is why not here for a week or so..D'oh!
I've been looking for this forum everywhere, and couldn't find it, then while checking email, found it again.
That's why I've been absent for a while, dang, cause I really wanted to add some stuff on here a few days ago, this time I'll 'star' it so won't lose it again.
I really want this blog form to be me 'gem', but I just could not find it, maybe cause to many (-) in title, may need to buy a domain name and all so site easier to find for random searches.
Anyways I'm back, and now can once again add this blog forum to blog forum rotation, cause there's a lot to discuss, and I think those who are 50 and over need their own 'space' at times as the world just seems to keep changing so fast beneath 'our' feet, and before our eyes.
Let's do this, I'm back, and now time to start posting and creating content.

General thoughts about life over 50 ect
If over the age of 50, today's times definitely seem out of wack, and or sack religious compared to what would have been allowed and accepted by society just maybe 20-30 years ago, if that.
Social orders are changing before our very eyes, and we're seeing elected politicians out and right act and behave like 4th graders in school, the level of immaturity displayed by both side of political isle is or should be alarming
It's as if they're just so filthy rich that they just don't give a dern anymore, wealthy beyond wildest dreams, hooked up with millions, billions, with no one to hold them accountable anymore, elections use to, but now all they got to do is 'rig the elections' and not even the people can hold them accountable anymore, or so they think, act and behave as such.
Then the manufactured hysteria over Corona, businesses forced to shut down do to lack of revenue, and then States and Towns suffer soon, cause where do you think Government gets it's money?, from taxes, sales tax, but if businesses shutting down and lest people spending, now local and county and State Governments running short on dough...which means print more money from Treasury, which means more debt.
And behind it all??
China?, Russia?, a whole group of underworld powers that want to dissolve America and or the world structure??
Who knows, but things are happening to quick lately, people acting to nutty, leaders that is, and not caring that they're seeing as acting nutty, to much going on and occurring to fast to just be by accident.
This is all by design...to be continued, just got in and totally wore out.

Terrible day today  Wrong combo of Drinks yesterday, totally messed my day up, totally. I shouldn't even be drinking anymore, but my gosh, things feel so gloomy lately with all this covid stuff. I can't even watch the news anymore and always turn volume down on radio when news updates come on, cause all it ever is is covid and death counts. I'm going to totally miss a common sense President like Trump. I mean look how normal politicians do 'us', the covid relief bill had more money for foreignors than it did for us Americans... popculture.com/trending/news/stimulus-checks-donald-trump-wants-congress-to-up-payments-to-2000/ I mean both Republicans and Democrats OK with sending billions over seas and to other special interest groups while only sending a measly $6oo.oo to tax payers? This relief bill nothing more than a money grab, just like the last one was where the wealthy simply give more wealth to the wealthy. Don't ever tell me about wealth being redistrubuted to the poor, no, wealth taken from the poor and given to a few at the top. But this is what's in store when Trump leaves office, only we won't know about it anymore cause both Rep and Dem will just keep quite about how America's getting ripped off. It's theft. $85 million to Sudan?...a nation in Africa? Like Trump said seems foreign nations benefiting more from stimulas bill than U.S. tax payers. Oh well, what can I do about it? I just know when Trump leaves office, things are going to get a lot worse for the working class and middle class, people will see the full tyranny of the Democratic party, which is basically owned by foreign interests now, and the GOP not that far behind them on that, they're owned to.

I caught hell trying to log back onto this site, probably accidently changed other sites PW's by mistake now, but so stubborn, had to get onto this site.
Cause I think people who are 50 and above (50-60) can relate to this site in some way shape or form, cause the meat grinder is there waiting for us all, we're all headed for the meat grinder, may as well have some commentary while on conveyor belt about the meat grinder we're all headed for.

All I wanted was some potato salad and some turkey today, and failed to retrieve either from store earlier
All I wanted, had a craving for was some potato salad and like a turkey leg, but went to store today, no turkey legs, and even though could swear placed potato salad in cart, when got home wasn't in any of the bags.
Nor was it on receipt, which means it either fell out of cart or was left on check out stand.
Darn it....
Oh well.
Will go eat something and then crash.

Being 50 + means what? Being 50 + means what?  Being 50 plus means you're still effective, but not trendy. Being 50 plus means you can still fly, but who wants to board your plane, means you still have your wings, but who trusts them? Being 50 plus I really only wonderful if emerged in 'family', where your role, that comes with age, is honored as in grandparent ect. But if 50 plus, and single or don't have such close families ties, than what are you to others? Goodwill store??? Salvation Army donation center? The answer to this will vary with everyone who reads. With me, I know I may be 50 + rotations around the sun, but sometimes still wake up feeling as if age 16, and just wanting a hug and comfort from another older, stronger, and more wise than me. When young, we tend to think older people have all the answers, but then as we age ourselves, we realize nothing could be further form the truth. All old people really do in traditional families, is comfort the young by pretending they have the answers.
