Being a nice, kind, fair, loving person over the years has done nothing for me at all.
It seems mean manipulative people are the ones with all the friends and power now.

Avoid stress
I think one of the main ways to not kill yourself as you age is to avoid stress....I know, easier said than done, but there are things we can do to make that more of a reality than a thought.
1. Avoid stressful people.
Stressful people who don't know how to manage their life will spill their stress over to you if you give them that bridge.
2. Enjoy the 'now'
Learn to enjoy the 'now', the moment, and stop worrying about the future, for as the bible says, 'Tomorrow will take care of itself'.
3. Exercise and take care of your health.
And those are the 3 main things anyone can do now, to help alleviate stress.
Everything in your body reacts to stress, and to much stress can even weaken your immunes system and put strain on the heart to boot.

Sometimes, as a older male, I wish it were OK for males to wear make-up, just cause sometimes when you go out, or before doing so, and glance in the mirror, you look older than want to look, and some female make up, or any make up, heck, male make up, would help a bit.

I may be 50+, but I feel I live more the life of a lost 23 year old.
I think my life was more together and focused when I was younger.

When reach the age of 50, especially if a male, you can really start to feel like you're living on borrowed time
I mean it seems people, celebrites, and othes, are dying in their early 50's left and right.
Elvis's daughter recently died, 54, one of the Diamond and Silk duo just passed away do to heart disease, I think it was 'Silk', and just others in their early 50's.
Maybe I need to find religion again, if for no other reason than to comfort myself.
Oddly enough though, seems in the past, the more religious I was, the more demonic forces seemed to be attracted to my space, and I notice that with others as well.
Seems when you pray to 'Jesus', it also attracts other dark, odd, spirits.

My downstairs neighbor, who is 67 and moving, claims to have found a 'love of their life' over in Europe, claims the guy is a wealthy celebrity and is tired of dating snobby types and so whatever.
Bottom line, it sounds like a scam to me, but I'm not apart of their family so there's not much I can do other than advise, if that.
What surprises me is that they have a grown daughter, who you'd think would of stepped in by now.
Legally I can do nothing to prevent a grown woman, one older than me, from doing what they want, especially as a non family member.
Just not sure what to do other than document it, but if they're really flying to Europe I doubt I'll ever see them ever again.
But they said they'd be staying at a hotel first, after they move out, so I suspect if a scam is involved, it'll happen there first.
Do I really want to get involved here?
Do I really want to play the role of 'hero'?

I don't think we're meant to just do the same thing over and over again, and expect to be happy or feel fulfilled.
I think it's why people switch jobs so often, for new challengers, when job they left stopped offering growth.
I think I really do need a new routine, cause I've played this current routine of my life out far to long.

I just got this feeling like I just don't know what I'm supposed to do anymore, within my means.
And all this 'just believe' stuff, 'just go for your dreams' stuff, well, I've been doing that my whole life, and nothing has worked.
I'm just not surrounded by the right people.
Trying to succeed in a social vacuum can be difficult.

I need some new fight in me.
Thought it was going to be a used sports car, but now, I doubt it.
I think I just need to up and move away from this area.
With a car payments, I'd simply be stuck and bogged down even more.
If anything I need a used RV, so can just up and leave and move anywhere...and work part time...= freedom
