My liver is still good cause I never take pharmacutical medication, for if I had, my liver would be messed up like most other peoples are.
Screw medication, all those chemicals that F up your organs.
Go natural herbs instead.

Probably the best thing for me to go do right now is to go workout, which usually means just biking and walking.
I've got to keep the fitness routing going...even if have a unhealthy night of drinking and emotional turmoil, regardless, got to keep the fitness routine going.
So yeah, will get dressed, groom, and go workout...all other issues/problems of this world can wait.

It amazes me how obsessed Americans are with health care insurance and retirement.
The health care industry loves how stupid the American people are...and earn billions off of brainwashed Americans yearly, or maybe even quarterly.
Health insurance, doctors, medical care, are all pretty recent inventions of the greedy west.

I'm totally realizing how what you eat affects not only your physical prowess and health, but also your mental prowess and health and mood.
Lately I've been drinking more milk, again...not a lot, but more. Also, last night before bed, ate like 3 cups of cereal, like some cornflakes mixed with nuts type of stuff...and I woke up in the oddest physiological state.
It's the ingredients stupid!
Whenever I go or revert back to eating what others do, than I begin to suffer like others.
I need to stick with what has gotten me this far, and not fool myself thinking that what was bad for me years ago, still isn't bad for me now.

Before I do anything, no matter how bad I feel the circumstances in my life or day is, I must go workout first, after getting up.
Have to. Cause without my health, I really just have nothing to hang around for anymore other than heartache.

I think certain viruses or bacteria can make us feel depressed even when we're really not.
Or a 'bug' in us, what they used to call a minor flu or cold virus. But I think, know, they can effect our moods and moral, and even sap us of our energy and strength to one degree or another. Because when we're sick, that extra energy is turned inward, used by our defense system to fight the bug or virus or bacteria in us causing the issue.
I think I have such a bug right now, and is why combating it with natural vegetable and fruit drinks made from scratch with a blender. And vitamins, and just avoiding beer or alcohol, which weakens the immune system
Hoping to feel better by tomorrow morning.

Also, I think these parasites, bacteria and viruses already dwell in our bodies but are controlled by a healthy immune system. I think when you drink to much, it weakens the immune system and the parasites and viruses are let out of the asylum, so to speak.

When working out and over the age of 50, you've really got to be careful about over doing it and also giving your body enough time to recoup after each and every workout.
And if going to workout a lot, you must eat right as well, or your body won't have nutrients to rebuild the torn tissue with and you'll just continue to break down...not good.
I'm going to do some research and see how much recoup time is needed for working out when older, cause that's an important factor to know.
