These 'One a day' 50 + vitamins make me gag, want to throw up, every time I take them, so I dumped all the pills in the trash today...There's something in these blue vitamins that my body out and right rejects, and I always get that 'gag' feeling whenever I take them, especially if chew. No other vitamins have ever made me want to barf after taking, but these do...hmm. Never again.

I'm learning the brain, your brain, will get real lazy on you if don't use it often to focus in on details. Reading is a good exercise for the brain.
My brain sharp as a tac, a few weeks ago, but since apt fire, started drinking more again, not reading as much, and I can feel my brain turning into mush again. But hopefully I can reverse that trend.

I think knee joints, etc, get sore, etc, whenever body needs nourishment, and doesn't have it, and so takes from calcium sources like our joints. So to me, joint pain tells me I'm not getting enough vitamins, or drinking to much, cause drinking flushes out minerals.

My body is not telling me coffee/mocha energy drinks are not good for my bodyMy body is now telling me that these coffee/mocha energy drinks, you get from the store, are no longer good for my body. I suspect it's do to the amount of sugar they put in them. I can make and drink my own coffee at home, which I add no sugar to at all, and I'm OK. But when I drink these heavily sugar saturated store bought energy drinks, it's like my body or energy level crashes. Could be a sign or pre diabetes, from what I've read, or just the fact that lots of sugar is bad for you, regardless of whether you have diabetes or not, especially as you age. Either way, no more coffee/mocha store bought energy drinks for me. Dr Self.

Why do I need a 'provider' in order to get certain prescription.
No one provides for my health but me! I've never had a medical 'Provider', other than short stint in the Navy.
Doctors mean nothing to me, they do nothing for me, other than trauma doctors that fix and mend broken bones, accidents, etc.
But other doctors, to me, have been meaningless, is why I never ever go.
I'm my own doctor, herbalist, nutritionist and more...the F do I need a arrogant negative god complex doctor for??
Sorry you spent so much money getting your degree.
Maybe eye doctors, hearing doctors, you know, doctors like that I get.
But just saying, no doctor can take credit for my health.
I wish more people would wake up and reclaim their health and stop elevating this medical complex that robbing you blind.
Other nations, people live just as long, yet they're not obsessed with health care like fat, stupid, lazy Americans are.

I hate how dependent on doctors Americans are, and they wonder why medical care is so high.
Other nations, where people live longer than in America, they rarely go to the doctor...

The joint stiffness and light grinding in my knees could just be as simple as me not drinking enough water during the day
Hmm, I'm going to watch this video and see where I fall on the how much water to drink daily scale.

Sugar really makes me drowsy now, I mean even small amounts, even a small bite of a Snicker's candy bar, has made me feel drowsy. I wonder if that's a sign of pre diabetes, or full blown diabetes?
I don't know and don't care, if I die I die...but better yet, I simply self correct things that aren't good for me rather than run off to the doctor.
But, in a few weeks, I do have a mandated VA primary care pre-screen check up appointment...I have to go to it if I want future free medical care...this ought to be interesting.

I'm realizing that to much caffeine can make you drowsy.

This may sound odd, but maybe I'm not eating enough, is why I've been feeling drowsy during the day at timesI mean today, took a long vigorous bike ride, but just realized, other than a protein drink, and some popcorn, I really haven't eaten much. I know we live in era where we're all told to eat less, but just maybe, my drowsiness during the day, is do to me actually not eating enough and replacing the carbs, calories, that I use up when exercising...hmm I mean without food, we have no fuel.

Also, I could be feeling more wore out lately, like the need to take naps, cause I'm using my brain a lot more as of late. I'm in a screenplay/film course, and my brain has replaced my body as being the primary muscle used, and I hear the brain, when used, does use up a lot of calories, and why maybe Presidents age so much in 4 years.
I don't know.

There's skinny, and then there's like old person scronny type of skinny....as in skinny with no muscle tone....that's like the death look. You know, when old, skinny, and still have sagging skin, that's like the death look.
I'm not there yet, but am losing weight, mainly do to not drinking, and not consuming as much junk food since unemployed.
I'm loving this period in my life, and it sickens me to thing I'll have to go back to work soon and be insulted with low pay.
That just sickens me to no end.
I'd rather maybe drive a semi truck for a year, live in the truck, and just save up all my money. I say that now, but that OTR life can really get old quick, money or no money, a year is a long time, and a lot of traffic and headache to put up with.
But when younger, I did live out of trucks, and saved, but not as much as I should have. Wish I had had better council when younger...no one advised me... My whole life I've been surrounded by terrible people, or at least they've been terrible to me.
Anyways, that's not what this section is about.
it's Saturday night, I'm sober, feeling decent, and no where to go.

I'm so not in shape, not even close to where I should be had I lived healthier for the previous few years.
I mean sure, I can workout, do basic stuff, maybe more, but like when I deviate from that, as in something as simple as sweeping a cement pad outside, I become tired.
Sweeping is not as easy as it seems, the motion, etc. Or when I mimic karate kicks/punches on YT training videos, I become winded after a few exercise. I'm not in shape, I mean I am, but I'm not.
From a one to ten, I'd say I'm a 5, maybe 4.5 a times, like right in the middle, and maybe I'm being hard on myself and comparing myself to a decade ago, I don't know.
I do know I just don't have that explosive energy anymore, joints crack if I turn to quick or sharp, sometimes I get light headed if I stand up to fast or lean this or that way to fast while exercising, that all has to do with circulation...not helped by drinking over the years.
But I will say this
Since working out steadily over the past few months, over all I do feel better and do see progress, but sometimes I have more energy than body able to handle. Like a old car with a new engine. If the engine goes to fast the wheels will fall off.
My only weakness now is every now and then I still drink beer, and that sets me back, it's like one night of drinking sets me back 4 days of progress, yet knowing that I still drink, sometimes, compelled by lonliness, or other emotions, to do so, and then regret it the next day.
Maybe if I lived in a state where weed was legal I'd do that instead.
Anyways, gonna wrap this up, still got a lot of evening left today.

I get sick of this idea that we must worship doctors.
Every time I look up something...'Consult with your doctor'....blah blah blah....why!!
I consult with myself.
This idea that I always have to check in with a doctor before I take this, or take that...nah...not me. I'm my own doctor...if something is bad for me, I just stop taking it.
Don't need to waste money seeing a doctor for that....not yet anyways.

And screw medications...the warning labels and side effects on that stuff is freaky. Who in their right mind would take that crap.
