Ghetto life, ghetto mindset, ghetto people Ghetto life, ghetto mindset, ghetto people..... The sad thing about the 'ghetto mindset' is that even when freed from that environment, many still hang onto the habits, ways, and methods learned there, no matter how much their environment changes. I see it all the time where I stay, where areas of the city finally get fixed up, palm trees planted, roads paved, yet those who live there still throw, toss, litter and garbage on the ground and still complain about 'racism' being the reason they are the way they are?? For real? In the following posts I simply want to highlight and point out the cause of 'inner ghettoism', (a word I just made up), to demonstrate it's not racism that holds people back today, but rather 'inner ghettoism' towards self and those around 'you'/them. I'm old enough now where can just be honest about stuff I see, so lets begin.

One major sign that a ghetto mentality is on it's way to a neighborhood near you is when you start seeing more single parent households in area than 'coupled' households...as in single women raising muffins on their own in a working class border line impoverished area of town or the city.
I mean especially in urban areas, when it comes to apartment complexes, it's really hard to find working class men or a male, who actually signs apartment 'lease' and pays the rent based on their earned income.
Where I stay it's always the same crap over and over again, Single mother with 'x' number of dependents shows up to sign lease at apartment complex, with 'boyfriend in tow', who usually doesn't show up until later.
Then apartment usually just becomes a 'hub' to all sorts of sick stuff, immoral stuff, violence and more.
My warning to 'you', if seeking apartment complex in city, avoid place where..
1. You see people walking up and down sidewalk, rather than driving.
2. Where you see lot's of litter on the sidewalk where those people are walking.
3. Where you see grown men over the age of 25 riding pawn shop type bicycles.
And that's just for starters.
Sadly though, with rent forever going up, it's getting harder and harder for decent working class types to find or able to afford places where this isn't a issue.
And actually ghetto types have more of an advantage cause at least they're able to get Gov help and vouchers, where as a independent regular working type has to foot the bill all based on their take home pay.
Much more to follow as time allows.

On the way home from work, after dark, I wanted to stop by corner store and just by a 4 pack of beer, but every place I drove past, to many cars out front, so last place I actually pulled into parking lot, then out of the shadows comes this country ghetto looking 'b' dude, and behind him out of the shadows another...so I just left.
After working hard all day, I just didn't feeling like sharing my space with bums.
I just did not want to be in the same space as them.
That's just the mood I was in.

I think the worst thing one can be in America is a good black man or male.
Huh, what?, you're thinking.
Yes, the worst thing you can be is a good black man or male, in that if a male, and considered 'black', and good, you're still lumped in, initially, with the bad.
Whereas if you're bad, and know you're bad, you won't be offended when accused of being bad since you already know that's what you are.
Does that make sense?
In other words, black males who are good, clean, walk a straight line, still get lumped in with those who do not, by how they're greeted in stores, dealt with by the general public, to include other 'black folks' and so forth.
As such, good black males suffer a lot of indignities at the hands and attitudes of others, to include cops, therefore it's more painful to be black and good, yet still considered bad, than to just be black and bad, cause if really truly bad, when accused of being bad, so what, cause you already know that's what you are.
So few will get that.

There's nothing glorious or fun about living next to or having B folks as your neighbors, nothing at all, at least those under the age of 35. I have nothing in common with a generation of folks who live, breathe and sleep rap, and embrace the same gutter value system most rappers embrace and preach in their songs.
As a person of color, even I wish they'd bring back segregation, but based on behavior and culture, and not color. Let all the thugs, and felons, and their girlfriends live in one area, sector, or the city, and let responsible adult minded people of color, or anyone, live apart from them.
Thugs, and the single urban Mothers who keep birthing them, are like rot to society...just look at all the violent street crimes being committed now on the news.

Living around ghetto type of people who seem to love to litter, toss trash into parking lots, living around such, having to see such types on the way home from work, on the way to work, just has me feeling utterly depressed.
If I were ruler of this land, I'd kick every single ___ person the hell out, period, no redos, out you go....this nation has had enough of your crap.

Many older black people are totally embarrassed and ashamed of the actions of todays urban bred youthraulmanderson88.blogspot.com/2023/06/when-you-wake-up-and-realize-youre.html I think many older blacks, if could, if could press a button, would love to just press that button and change racial identities, become any race other than black, just to escape and live a normal life, in older age, without all the negative stigma associated with being black. Thats sad, but true for many.

It just frustrates me living in the hood areas, around hood people, as a working class type. Cause you bust your butt, year after year after year, and can never ever pull away from them. They get handouts, help, this voucher, that voucher, ect, and continue to make your life miserable with their presence and habits.
And seems no matter how new an apartment is, here come the same F zz ghetto types moving in right along with you and others, bringing the same destructive habits with them.

I don't think no one wants to live around _____ people anymore, not even older ______ people want to live around younger _____ people anymore.
And single _____ are the worst, with their bratty offspring who terrorize neighbors and the neighborhood. I even have some on video footage after breaking into my car...they ran rat past my security cam, sickening.
People are just getting sick of this stuff.

B women really don't have a lot of respect for B men, and actually treat them like 'hey boy', with the same disdain society used to treat grown adult B men in the past, this idea that in their minds, no matter how old you are, you're just a 'boy'...hey boy, come here...type of old south sentiment.
But can you blame them? In that most B women, in the hood area, never grew up getting to see what a mature, fiscally responsible B male is. Just like with most B youth, well, B female youth also mostly grow up without a responsible male figure in the home. So all B females get to see is male rappers, pimps, drug dealers, bums, addicts, ect...that's pretty much the range of B males urban females get to see, interact with, in their neighborhoods.
It's only when go off to college, or the military, ect, that they then realize not all B males are ghetto or from the hood.
