Old time Hippie/Rock forgotten bands, music from Woodstock era
From 1970!
Something just made me want to post this, cause it captures a by gone era in the U.S.
I actually think it was a better more vibrant era than today, today tries to copy that free on open era from the mid 60's to around 1975, but fails miserably at it, cause back then it was authentic, it was authentic.
Right or wrong, it was authentic, these people here had nothing to look back on to compare or measure selves by. So few will get that...they had nothing to compare themselves by, therefore no commercialism at all, rather just raw, gritty, backland, farmland, heartland, grit.
Where as now days every things a 'Poster' from the past, well these old timer types didn't need no posters to reference, cause they were totally authentic, this is a phase of American history that can never ever be replicated.
Created this section just do to the lead singers passion.

I got a name 1973
This is actually the song I was looking for that led me to above song in first post.
But still, both from that same era of music/folk/ and song, only one artist went on to more success, where as the above artist, well, they just faded away with the dust and wind.
None the less, now new people will hear about both songs going forward.
