If a male, how about buying or starting a barber shop?
But I have disagreement with this guy and others...in that they're all saying minimum investment like around 100,000-250,000....are you kidding me!
Why not possible start a 'mobile barber shop', like how you have mobile food vendor carts...or why not be a barber who just comes to peoples homes and cuts their hair in their own home??
This brainwashed idea that to succeed must first go broke paying the 'gate keepers' is a farse!!
Learn to think outside the box please.

School or class vs just opening a business?
As you get older these things enter your mind, I mean if 50 or above, the idea of going back to school, taking classes, just seems, seems, odd, almost backwards and expensive.
Cause usually at the age of 50 and above, you realize, have learned, that all you really need to be successful is your own business, and if marketed properly you'll do just fine.
But that's always the key is marketing vs costumers.
Online stores pretty much always bomb do to Amazon and Walmart and other giant retailers...no one goes to your online store unless you have a large circle of friends and or family that buy your stuff...it's just easier for strangers to go to Amazon with their quick delivery and all.
At my age, not sure what I'd want to go back to school for that couldn't just open business up on my own for if had the capital.
And 'capitol' is the key, for without capitol you'll be operating from home, and if not computer savvy, well....
As you get older you realize investing your money is how you get rich, not laboring for it.
Well smart or well guided people understood this when young, people who had parents that got them into investing early on.
Not all of us had that though.

Become an Author  It's never to late to become an Author, and the older you get, the more you have to look back on and write about. Even if it means putting your old journal posts together and turning your old journal posts into a book.
