Is it good or bad to invest and or exchange U.S. dollars to foreign dollars?

I mean since global powers seem bent on trying to destroy the U.S. economy and lover the value of the dollar, I've been wondering lately is it a good idea to maybe transfer ones U.S. dollars into, say Canadian money or Australian currency?..or ect.

I mean back in the day, before the rise of such violent Cartels, many people of moderate wealth would retire wealthy in Mexico or other South American nations...but now, not so sure, since times have changed so much and since Cartels now control everything down there.

Just saying though, maybe if American, just maybe it's time to start thinking about transferring some or a lot of your money into a different country, before the American dollar becomes worthless with all these trillion dollar bogus relief pachages...talk about socialism on a grand scale.
