Inspiration comes much easier when your young, but can become more fleeting as we age. The older you get the less people tend to inspire you, and or those who did once, are to old to matter anymore and or just dead.
Of course, if have a solid family structure, as you age it's those behind you who inspire you, as in your muffins, grandkids, Nephews, ect, but if have none of those, then what? , where does inspiration to keep going, fighting, dreaming, come from?
To be continued.

I often get inspired, like many of us do, by watching documentaries, or streaming series about groups, or individuals who 'made it', in the past. One series I'm really enjoying on Hulu is 'Wu-Tang Clan', the American story, and it really kind of is, it's an addicting series to watch, even if not into 'hip-hop', cause it's telling a story much deeper than hip-hop, and oddly enough even the members of Wu-Tang, are now all near, around, or over the age of 50, but to see how they put it all together years ago is still inspiring. But one thing they had was a team, without a solid team around you, it can be difficult to stay focused and motivated.
They're just one of many America stories that do inspire me, and I think it was very clever of them to make this into a series, rather than try to tell years and years of back stories in a 90 minute movie. I'd rate this movie right up there with the Sopranos, or even higher, since the Wu-Tang Clan saga has everything the Soprano's series had, only Wu-Tangs saga is actually based on real events.
In my real day to day life, I just have no one to draw inspiration from anymore, so often have to turn to celebrities who tend to have larger personalities, and flair and fight in them than your average 9-5 type. I have my own show/production going on, but haven't 'made it' yet, maybe I never will, but half the fun is thinking you will or can.

Social media can do a good job at hiding you
Back in the day, social media amplified everyone, but now social media only choses to amplify a few, while still though, harvesting the info on all. It wasn't always like that but Elon Musk, with twitter, has proven how much behind the scenes manipulation goes on in social media now, making stars out of a select few, and wasting the time of millions of others. Social media can actually make you feel smaller and less important than you really are, don't fall into that trap.

Another thing, don't let others, or your immediate environment diminish your relevance to others or the world. Everyone seeks relevance, especially those in the media, is why you see the same faces and hear the same voices over and over again, because even though they like, enjoy, being relevant, they really don't want anyone else to be.
It's a really 'stuck up', type of a club, and they don't just allow anyone into it....so sometimes you have to force your way in, or simply create your own club.

Also odd, how now, big tech rivals Hollywood, as being the gatekeepers of who they deem relevant or not. In the past you had to go through Hollywood, Broadways, ect, but now it's really big tech platforms who have become the new gatekeepers of fame and relevance.
It's why people like Trump with his 'Truth Social' platform, and or Elon Musk buying twitter, ect, cause if no one hears you, you're not relevant to the masses. Celebrities, News anchors, talk radio hosts, TV personalities, ect, they all know this now.
If famous, and don't have a social media presence, than it's like you're invisible now days, cause you don't matter unless people know you exist.

Outside of my employer, I have no role or purpose in this world.

Is it easier and more convenient to fear someone or to love them?

Right now I totally lack inspiration to do anything, I mean can't even muster enough enthusiasm to clean, normally creating a 'to do list', gets me moving, but not today, or yesterday.
It's like I'm just frozen in nothingness type of a mood.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ continued from above
I mean I don't want to grocery shop, don't want to clean, don't want to create art, nothing. What's wrong with me?
Is it because maybe I sorta have another person in my life now? Cause when you meet someone, it stops being about 'you', and becomes about them, but we just met in person once, and have been talking a few times, and texting since then. I don't know, I just know right now, today, I feel like nothingness.

Inspiration after the age of 50?
Well, if have family, large family, they become your inspiration after the age of 50; but if alone, single, and no family, not sure. Trying to figure this out as the train of life moves us along.

I could most certainly use some inspiration going forward, cause right now I don't have any.

Not sure if this is a good fit for this section, but sometimes, it's like you live longer, get older, and sometimes, as in now, I can't even believe I'm still here.
I'm not happy, not sad, just kind of here, at home after work, just sitting, typing, ordered a few things from Amazon, but it's like I'm here, but I don't think I'm embracing life to it's fullest. I don't think I've embraced life to it's fullest for a very long time.
It's even October, in the past, October has always been my favorite month, but then it just comes and goes, and I really don't get into any festivities of the month, I guess cause I have no one to hang out with.
I think aging alone, is different than aging with family, as in if have adult grown muffins, grandkids, ect.
It's different when alone, cause when alone, all you have is your memories.

Seems everyday you're alive, after the age of 50, is like an experiment with yourself, cause you really are trekking on new ground.
It's like 'what do I do with myself now?'...where do I find inspiration from? What makes me happy now? (freedom, freedom always makes me happy)
What am I attracted to now? Do women still arouse me?
I don't know, I just don't know, it's like I'm trying to find self, again, over the age of 50.
