It's amazing with all the nutrients beets pack, it's amazing most peoples doctors say nothing about them. It's like so many cures lay right within common foods grown right out of the ground, but instead most don't eat do to ding dongs and twinkies and potato chips at the store packed with lab created chemicals, no wonder so many are in poor health.

Today, I pretty much brought nothing but fruit, and grocery bill still was over 100 dollars, wow.

I think I need to just accept the fact that I'm going to die poor, and stop still worrying about spending money on food, I mean why not just eat, and eat healthy and fun, while healthy enough to enjoy it.

Is why I purchased a big fat slab of salmon for around 12 dollars, but boy was it good after I cooked it in a frying pan, with olive oil. You don't really have to cook salmon very long, unlike steak.

I'm learning how to eat meat without store bought sauce on it...it's not easy, cause sauce just adds a layer of sex appeal to meat, but I also realize sauce contains concentrated levels of sugar that I really don't need in my body right now. Yep, it's all bad for ya, all of it.

Eat this once a week, and your health will improve Wow, there's just something about salmon fish, steak, meat, whatever, that if eat once a week, will keep you healthy, even if have other bad habits as in drinking. Since I've been eating one salmon steak a week, I just feel healthier. No wonder grizzley bears love this fish, and are so strong. I'm still eating this fish once a week, so far so good. Just fried up one today on stove. Salmon will keep you healthy.

about time for bed, potatoe, fish, and olive oil. So glad I don't have to work tomorrow.

I can tell I'm eating less, cause I just don't make as many trips to the grocery store anymore. There was a time, a few years ago, where I basically went food shopping weekly, which gave me about a 350 a month, or so, food bill. I now head to grocery store probably every other week now. I just don't eat as much.

Been falling back into the bad habit of buying and eating chips, while at work, and sweet drinks, that's a no no....I should know better. The ingredients in sweetened store bought drinks, aren't good for you, nor are the ingredients in potato chips, ruffles, cheetos, ect, you name it.
All of it's a no no if want healthy joints and bones, and sustained energy throughout the day.

2. golden raisins

I was gone for a week, eating how you eat when staying at a hotel, and a few dinners, breakfasts at restaurants, but I'm curious to see if I gained or lost weight....about to go step on the scale.
