Pain, gnats and parasites I think many of the pains and rashes we get are do to insects, but not just bed bugs, other insects as well that I suspect spread parasites in your body. Like if you live in the southeast and at night you see those tiny flying gnats that fly in front of your computer screen or in the kitchen, or garbage can, I think when we sleep, those flying bugs land on us, feed on our blood, and do one of two things while feeding 1. They carry parasites in their saliva and so when feeding on our blood the parasites get transferred into our bodies 2. They lay their eggs in us, that start off as parasites, feed on us, then leave body and turn into gnats. I suspect these gnats turn sinister when the lights go off, and land on human skin and feed or lay eggs or both, and or spread parasites into us that cause joint pain. And why most doctors clueless when some continually complain of pain, and all dunce doctor does is subscribe you medication. Well, the following posts will be about this plausibility and will explore situations, outcomes and possibly cures and remedies to the problem.

It's why if you live in the south east you better learn quickly not to leave food out in the open overnight, and or DO NOT throw food away in the trash, and leave inside your place.
Place all food outside, or else you'll get all sorts of bugs, to include roaches, which are a whole menace onto themselves.
Luckly I have a creek behind my place so I toss stuff into the creek and or scatter food stuff into back of place for birds, squirrels whatever, I just keep the food sorce away from my place as best I can.

Sometimes I feel like I'm sick with something, but I know it's not cancer, cause I'm not weak and have plenty of energy.
I think it's parasites or toxins from bug bites or something.
I probably should go take a blood test anyways.
Cause I never had any of these symptoms of anything until saw bug bites on back of shoulder a few months ago, before that always in great health, always felt pretty good, all things considered.
I think it's bug bites or parasites or some external agent that worked it's way into my body, that's my hunch.
The problem is convincing a Doctor of that so can get the right kind of medication to get rid of it...that's the problem, cause most doctors, unless you're really rich, are lazy and arrogant, and look at their patients as being really dumb.
They're shocked that you dare do or have done your own research, and probably more knowledgeable than them on certain topics of medicine and health.
Cause I can only go to a walk in clinic, and Doctors there, well, can only imagine how low IQ they treat you at a walk in clinic.
I gotta figure something out though, cause getting tired of this muscle discomfort in certain areas of body, mainly left arm side.

And I think I can beat if I just stay away from the wrong types of food, ingredients, and stay away from alcohol, and if I turn my exercise routine up a notch.
By creating a toxic environment for whatever may be inside of me, I do believe I can drive it away, like a tenant you no longer want or need.
Cause when you exercise your flooding your muscles with Oxygen, nutrients, and acid. Heart rate increases and bad stuff flushed out through bloodstream and by sweating.
And by avoiding toxic foods with toxic artificial ingredients and sugars, well, that's what those things like the most, and even give people an appetite for sugar and other stuff that's good for them but bad for you.
I think I can beat this if I stay disciplined.

beware of beatles, that sneak into your place at night, or during the day, and then bite you as you sleep and make you ache for days, weeks, even months. Beatles aren't always as harmless as they seem, some, the blood sucking ones, can be very sinister. I removed one from my place today as it was in bedroom and headed right for my bed, good thing I have tile floors so could see it.

Here's what I notice about my health, and or the pain threshold.
1. When at home, and off from work (which puts me out and about where I tend to eat what I wouldn't when home) But when off, pain goes away, cause I only eat home cooked stuff, that's to include muscle pain, joint pain you name it.
2. I lose weight when off from work, I gain weight when working, probably cause I drive and am not moving around.
Also, when at home, I'm way less stressed out, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
3. Also, I notice what was making me gain weight wasn't beer, but rather all the sugary drinks, junk food, chips, I'd eat while at work, the beer had nothing to do with my weight gain. How do I know that?
Cause I've started drinking again, sort of, and still losing weight, so it wasn't the beer that added the weight, rather it was the other stuff I ate, while drinking, that added the weight.
And with that, I'm to wore out to write anymore, just got in from work.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ continued from above.
Oh, and almost forgot, those ketchup and mustard packages, when I use to many of that stuff, the joint pain starts coming back. So obviously the crap they put in sauces, the flavoring, coloring, citric acid ect, is not good for the body at all.

Health is odd, I mean one minute, or week, can feel like a champion, and then days later, like a rock, sinking to the bottom of the ocean like that submersible sub did a few months ago.....in that when things go wrong with your health, it's like an event that happens fast.

Everything begins and ends with what we eat, we are what we eat, we react to what we eat, and anything else that enters our bodies, germs, bacteria, and of course viruses. But we mainly have control over what we it, and yes, often bacteria, germs and viruses hitch rides on what we eat.
Also, food scientist are always and forever changing and experimenting with ingredients, so if there's something you're trying to avoid, sometimes they can simply change the name of the ingredient, or modify it, and you're not aware.
The main thing is gut health, cause the gut is where our immune system is (do your own research, but I do believe that's correct) Gut health is important....is why maybe alcohol tends to weaking the immune system since alcohol has hard effect on the guy or stomach.

There is some ingredient or ingredients, that they're putting in deli meat, as in pre-prepared meat you buy at travel centers, fried chicken, ect, that's not good for your gums....and also even in grocery store bought meat now. I'm sure it'll come out later, probably why older people are all suddenly having teeth problems and being bombarded with denture and teeth ads...think about that..

I think pain drains.
Pain just drains you of your energy, regardless the source of that pain.
Also, I've been drinking milk again, not sure if that's good at my age or any age, but it sure tastes good in the mouth and going down...but maybe milk causes inflammation in some, or me...I don't know.
I just know pain drains, when you're in pain, for whatever reason, you just never feel 100& energized cause you're body is focusing large resources on fighting whatever it is that's cause you pain.

I slept pretty well last night, have been for weeks actually. I'm getting plenty of rest, sleep in late, get up when I want, but I still feel drained at times, sometimes right after I get up. I've even caught way back on my drinking, yet I still feel drained a lot of times during the day.
I think a lot of it is the foods I eat. I mean I eat pretty light and healthy, but all it takes is one bad food in the fridge that you eat over and over for a few days or weeks.
Lately, milk has been the foreign food in the fridge. And or sugar coated walnuts, so so good. Maybe I'm just taking in to much sugar without knowing it. Maybe, even scarier yet, maybe I have diabetes, and don't know it.
Whatever I have, or don't have, I don't want to know, I'd rather just self analyze and self correct, and if that's not good enough, oh well.
