Just got back from an early morning bike ride...what else can I say?
I always bring my cameras in case observe something interesting, but usually never do.

I read online where 'they' said it usually takes from 2-3 months to get in shape, if not already in shape. That's 2-3 months of routine workouts...wow.
I thought I was in shape, but I was more like in beer shape, and not actual non beer drinking shape...there's a difference.
Now that over the age of 50, I can see how many don't make it to 50, cause you really do have to have the discipline to change unhealthy stuff in your life.
My only vice, for the last 10 years, has really just been drinking....not every day, but still, when I do drink, I drink to much...I think that's called binge drinking. But mainly I do it at home.

I've already worked out today, earlier than normal.
I drank a few beers late last night, and so my thing is this, if dumb enough to drink, than I punish myself by making sure I workout the next day...that's fair, and minimalizes the calories put on by the beer.
Anyways, it's Noon now, so now comes the hard part of the day, and that's making decisions that will effect my immediate future, some of those decisions cost money, as in a gamble that something or a service I pay for today, will pay off tomorrow.

Tennis anyone?
Tennis anyone? Before this, I haven't swung a tennis racket in years, maybe a decade. But tennis keeps you fit, keeps those muscles loose. I may have to add it to my regular workout routine, again.
Bottom line, just stay fit and eat right, cause the world is hard enough when healthy, how much harder is the world to us when we're unhealthy.
